As a design activist, we are an agent for social change.
I started out working the better part of a year for a small design and architectural firm during the university (completing my Master degree 6 years ago). I’ve been a freelancer ever since about five years now. I work with individuals and local businesses that are based mainly in Hungary and the US on a diverse range of projects, using the latest technologies to provide quality solutions paired with a focus on affordability and customer service.
I am an art director, architect and graphic and web designer as well as owner of Social By Design. Much of my work is in identity, illustration and print, logo development and branding through original vector illustration and web and graphics design. I offer clean, well-thought-out designs that communicate messages effectively, and specialize in custom websites, WordPress themes, Joomla templates, along with anything else you might imagine for your online presence. The freelance advantage allows me to be flexible and agile in providing swift custom solutions.
My goal from the start has been to offer affordable web design solutions to small-business owners, to educate them and help them grow. My personal approach: I believe in honest, clear, and positive communication. ‹My goal by the end of every project is to exceed the client expectations and leave them completely satisfied. As a designer I am trying to give back to my community by increasing awareness of small local businesses in our neighborhoods and to do my part to make Louisville a great place. My aim to help locals with my skill of designing, updating their websites, creating online branding, help with architectural ideas etc. so customers can find these businesses.

WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?

I use images to create a visual representation of ideas and messages, or combination of typography, visual arts and page layout techniques to produce a final result. My graphic design include identity (logos and branding), publications (magazines, newspapers and books), print advertisements, posters, billboards, website graphics and elements, signs and product packaging.

Updates: WordPress usually rolls out major updates three times a year, though minor updates roll out as needed. There are also updates for themes and plugins, which are much less predictable.
Backups: Sites should have a backup plan that fits your needs. A site with lots of content updates might want a database backup once a day at a minimum and a full backup weekly. I would do backups every time after major updates and send it to your email.
Security: I offer basic security, monitoring, and blacklisting. I would keep your site safe, but if anything happens I’ll likely need to step in and provide the fixes as well.
So you wouldn’t need to worry about your site, just keep it up to date with news and focus on your business.
